Olive Tree offers a delivery service to most urban areas throughout England. Each store has a limited delivery area. If you are not in one of our delivery areas, a message will appear on-screen notifying you. Some store opening hours are shorter due to local trading restrictions.
Because of the nature of fast food delivery, refunds are given at the sole discretion of Olive Tree.
Once an order has been placed and delivered by Olive Tree, you must contact the store direct should you have any complaints. The store must be given the opportunity to try and rectify any errors or dissatisfaction on the same day of the delivery. If the store does not rectify this for you then please contact our Head Office via the contact us page.
Card payments are secure.
Our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in pound (£) sterling.
Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by cheque or american express.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary at any time.
In the event of Olive Tree needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 3 - 5 working days. Payment methods may vary.
Our goal is to provide the best delivery service in the market which includes an excellent reputation for on-time delivery i.e. delivering food at the time we quote. Unfortunately things don't always go to plan and factors, such as, weather, traffic conditions, Peak business hours, order volume and staff shortage occasionally prevent us from achieving this, therfore your delivery may be delayed in some cases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your delivery should it be necessary at any time. Our typical delivery time for customers within a 3 mile radius is 30-45 minutes.
Any of our products are subject to availability. In most cases, Olive Tree will offer you an alternative for any out-of-stock item.
Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts or nut derivatives.
Although great care has been taken to remove all the bones from most of our meat products, some may remain.
A Minimum order value applies for delivery, you will be notified when you reach the basket if your order is below the minimum value of £12. This amount may change.

When submitting your order details you may wish to offer to purchase the items specified in conjunction with a particular olive tree offer, promotion or discount. To take advantage of this facility you will need to enter/select the appropriate offer, promotion or discount code with your order details. These promotions, offers and codes are present on our menus and other items of promotional literature from time to time, and are not valid with any other offers.
Any such order will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the offer, promotion or discount in question and will be subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any offer prices, promotion, discount or Meal Deal at any time.
